Company Culture Profile: It is GRAEF’s mission to make our home community a better place, and we are proud to be leaders in the communities in which we live. Our core purpose is to improve the physical environment for the benefit of a society in a sustainable manner. Whether that is the planning team’s community outreach and public participation efforts or the healthcare team working with a health system to meet the needs of the local citizens, GRAEF employees are committed to making our community a better place.
Staff engagement and retention is also a priority of GRAEF leadership. There are a number of programs and events designed specifically to engage employees both personally and professionally.
