How did you hear about NEWaukee?
Both of my parents have worked with NEWaukee in different aspects so I heard about it from them.
What inspired you to apply?
After researching what NEWaukee is and the types of events they do I was excited to be able to get really involved in the city.
How would you describe NEWaukee’s mission in your own words?
NKE is a social architecture company looking to connect diverse people from across the city through new experiences.
What event are you looking forward to the most this summer?
I think I’m the most excited for the upcoming Night Markets. The food is unparalleled.
Who’s your favorite album/artist?
I’m a Frank Ocean stan and even though his album Blonde is really good, Channel Orange is still my favorite.
If you were stuck on a desert island, what three items would you bring?
I would bring a water purifier, a friend, and lemon pepper so we don’t have to eat bland food on the island.
Where’s your favorite space to go/hang out/eat in Milwaukee?
There’s this really cute nature preserve/trail behind Gateway Plastics in Brown Deer that I like to visit. For food, I love to hang out at Pizza Shuttle.
