Vice President – Systems Development and Product Support, Trisept Solutions
Originally from Milwaukee, Tom Carmony is the Vice President of Development and Product Support for Trisept Solutions. He has been in the travel technology industry for 27 years and has fallen in love with the travel industry. Over that time, he has been in many different roles such as developer, analyst, project manager, scrum master, customer integration and product support. Tom’s passion lies in building teams that look beyond the customer request and create innovative solutions that don’t just solve the problem, but add to the bigger future.
Senior Business Analyst, Trisept Solutions
Becky Landberg is a Senior Business Analyst with Trisept Solutions. In her current role, she is responsible for translating the business needs of a wide array of clients into technical stories for the development teams. Becky primarily works with clients based outside of the U.S. including customers in France, Germany, UK, The Netherlands, UAE, Qatar and India. She has been with the organization for over 12 years and has experience on both the technology side, as well as the business side of the organization. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients and fellow employees find creative solutions to problems they may not have even known they had!
Vice President – Systems and Development, Trisept Solutions
John Morency is the Vice President of Systems and Development for Trisept Solutions. He is responsible for defining Trisept’s technical product architecture and manages a team of architects and business analysts. He has been working at Trisept/Mark Travel for the last 29 years and has a passion for technology and travel. John has worked on the core vacation booking engine Synapse from front-end content all the way to back-office application. A key accomplishment was the development of Trisept’s first web-based vacation booking engine in 1996.
Senior Product Manager, Trisept Solutions
Carrie Plato is a Senior Product Manager at Trisept Solutions. In her current role, she is responsible for the Synapse Booking Engine. She drives new product and enhancements, owns the product roadmap and works closely with Trisept executive, development teams and Trisept customers. Carrie has been in the travel industry for 18 years. She was on the business side of travel for the first 12 years and has spent the last 6 years on the technology side. Her years as a Caribbean buyer helped grow her love for the region – some of her favorite destinations remain St. Lucia and St. John!
Application Software Developer, Trisept Solutions
Eli Rapkin is a full-stack developer for Trisept Solutions. He brings valuable insight and programmatic solutions to complex software development projects within unique architectural constraints. His passion for isolating issues and finding innovative solutions drives his team to make the right decisions rather than the quick ones. Having grown up in the Milwaukee-area and now raising a family here, Eli loves being a part of the expansion and innovation of tech in the region.
