Pilates (Mat Class): This class focuses on building core strength including a variety of exercises for the abdominals, back, hips and glutes that will challenge and improve stability and balance from head to toe. Exercise modifications and progressions offered to accommodate all fitness levels.
Led by Julie L Matt – Certified group fitness instructor for over 15 years (American Council on Exercise) with specialization in Pilates and core strengthening.

Mindfulness meditation is way to practice being fully present in the moment without the emotional attachment to what was or worry about what is to be. Practicing present awareness can be utilized to visualize progress and success with both personal and business goals. Peg will take us through a few meditation practices to introduce the group to mindfulness for those who have never practiced or to practice further for those who are regular meditators.
Peg Gonzales-Charles, PT is a physical therapist of 30 years and works for Aurora Health Care, specializing in chronic pain and male and female pelvic health. She has advanced certification as a pain specialist and advanced coursework in mind/body medicine and utilizes an integrative approach in her work with her patients.
