Heather is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and studies in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Master of Science in Accountancy degree. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and a recent Milwaukee Business Journal ® 40 Under 40 award winner.
In 2008, she joined West Bend as controller, and was subsequently promoted to AVP – Corporate Accounting and vice president & controller before being named vice president – chief financial officer in 2017.
Stamm Technologies – Dave Stamm, CEO
Having started his first business in fourth grade programming Bulletin Board Systems (BBSes), working for Apple Computer as a college freshman, and then founding a computer networking services company employing college classmates while an undergrad at UW-Whitewater, Dave Stamm has always been passionate about implementing technology and serving people. Dave is currently the CEO of two technology companies: Stamm Technologies and Stamm Media.
Stamm Technologies is a leading provider of outsourced IT services to businesses and non-profits in Metro Milwaukee and Chicagoland. Stamm Technologies delivers “Whatever I.T. Takes!” to their clients, including: Harley-Davidson, Manpower, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Lubar & Co., BizTimes, Heiser Automotive Group, First Stage Children’s Theater, and many others.

Kohler – Tanya Lulloff, Director – Associate Experience
As a Director in Kohler Company’s global HR organization, Lulloff is responsible developing and executing HR programs and initiatives that drive the company’s overall strategic plan and enhance its corporate reputation. Lulloff partners with Kohler Co.’s global leadership teams to identify and drive best practices in employee experiences.
Lulloff joined Kohler Co. in 1999 and has progressed in responsibilities from business unit HR business partner to a variety of roles within corporate operations. She has led the effort at Kohler Co. to implement a global shared service HR program supporting regions throughout Kohler use to reduce transaction costs, improve efficiencies while driving overall improvements in HR delivery and globalization.
As part of her responsibilities at Kohler, Lulloff currently not only has responsibility for the operations side of Shared Services globally, but also for bringing Kohler’s EVP to life through story-telling, HR Communications, talent acquisition, and corporate events. Unique to her role, she also has & accountability for the Kohler Experiential Learning Center. She is active in the company’s global HR strategic planning, employment brand management, HR data protection & audit, and business ethics.
