Curious about Aurora’s Workplace Culture?
At Aurora, we’re constantly finding better ways. That means we’re committed to implementing innovative best practices for patient-centered care. By putting the patient at the center of all we do, the structure and processes we adopt provide the best possible care experience for our patients. They changes we make require us to work together in coordinated, flexible and innovative ways, and encourage creativity and collaboration. As the world changes around us, our patients’ expectations change, too. Aurora strives to be aware of our patients’ needs, and to be flexible and adaptable to those needs. We believe every patient deserves the best care. But no matter how we change, our purpose remains steady: we help people live well.
